Additionally, customers of Veris Technologies, Inc. voluntarily submit data to the Veris Data Processing Center, including but not limited to: geo-referenced information about the soil properties of the Customer's fields and fields farmed by the clients of the Customer. Customer submits these data to the Veris Data Processing Center for the purposes of processing the data, providing quality assurance, data cleaning and other services utilizing proprietary algorithms and methodology. Fees for these services are detailed in fee policy statements and are subject to separate agreements. The information resulting from these processes will be made available only to the Customer supplying the original data, unless otherwise instructed by the Customer. Data is accessed by Customer using secure password and ID entry, allowing Customer to manage their data online. Veris makes no claims of ownership of the data collected by Customer and submitted voluntarily. Customer consents to Veris Technologies’ further use of such data in aggregated and non-customer identifiable format for the purposes of improving its processing methodologies. Under no circumstance other than by court order will Veris Technologies Inc. report or in any way divulge data that could result in individual participants being identified, nor will Veris share any proprietary data from any customer or individual farm operator without their consent. Veris Technologies Inc. provides physical and computer security of Customer data on secure servers located off-site. Veris Technologies, Inc. has established internal security audit procedures to safeguard the privacy of all customer data. Upon written request from Customer, their data will be deleted from Veris Technologies, Inc. data storage and other record-keeping systems.

The data and analyses supplied by the Veris Data Processing Center are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, and that the use and/or reliance on such information is at Customer’s own risk. No advice or information obtained from Veris Technologies, Inc. will create any warranty, obligation, or condition not expressly stated in this policy. Permission to process and store the data submitted by the Customer according to the terms described above is granted by clicking ‘accept’ on the data submission screen.
